Start in the app

Open the installed app and choose the sign-in or account option shown on your screen. Use the same method and account details you used previously. The public website does not contain a login form or ask you to submit a password.

If you are returning after changing phones or reinstalling, confirm that you still have access to the recovery method associated with your account before making further changes.

If the sign-in screen will not load

  1. Check that other websites load on the same connection.
  2. Close and reopen the app once.
  3. Check that your phone’s date and time are set correctly.
  4. Read any update or maintenance message displayed by the app.

If the problem continues, note whether it happens before or after you submit the form. That detail helps distinguish a loading problem from an account access issue.

If your details are not accepted

Check for accidental spaces, keyboard language changes and the correct sign-in method. Use the recovery option actually shown in the app. Don’t assume that creating another account will recover the first one.

If your chosen method uses a one-time code, wait for the current request and follow the resend timer shown on screen. Avoid making repeated requests in quick succession. Never share the code with anyone.

Protect existing access

Don’t clear app storage or uninstall as the first response to a login issue. Those steps can remove locally stored settings and may sign you out. Start with our app troubleshooting checks and use the help or support entry available on the app’s screen.

What to include when asking for help

Describe the error, when it started and the steps you have already tried. Your phone model, Android version and visible app version can be useful. If you share a screenshot, hide passwords, codes, full phone numbers and financial information.
